Dear City Review Staff,
We are pleased to submit this response to staff comments dated 12123/01, for The Force Sports
Fields.
19 We have revised the fence layout and heights. We have also stepped the fence and
moved the location to 2' behind the proposed ROW line. We have left a 7' high fence are
along Timberline due to the fence stepping down the slope of the pond. Please refer to
the section provided. The fence along Timberline and Automation Way will be vinyl clad.
20 The street: trees along Timberline have been moved behind the existing walk to avoid
future widening and the existing gas line. Refer to section provided.0
