Architects/Planners 11 Old Town Square, Suite 200 Fort Collins, Colorado 80524 RE: Charleston at Fairbrooke PUD - Preliminary Plan Dear Carr: - On Monday, May 20, 1985 the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins voted to approve the above referenced project by a vote of 7-0, with the condition that a wind erosion and dust control program for the master planned area be underway within 15 days (by June 4, 1985) and in effect within 30 days (by June 19, 1985). Construction inspectors from the City engineering department will enforce this condition. Failure to address this condition will result in the revocation of the approval of this project. Also mentioned by the Board but not made a condition of approval were setbacks of the two 5-unit buildings along the approved subdivision to the south. It was felt by the Board that 20 feet was an insufficient distance. If you have any comments or clarifications concerning this matter, please feel free to contact me.
