Harvard, Suite 102 Fort Collins, CO 80525 Dear Bill, Staff has reviewed the Brown Farm Highland PUD, preliminary and final, and has the following comments: 1. Easements for storm drainage and bike trail required. 2. 40 foot setback required from street to first parking space. 3. Dimension parking spaces. 4. Bike parking is poorly located. 5. Ties are to be located at edge of pavement. 6. Use new attorney certificate .on site plan. 7. Show existing hydrants. Additional hydrants may be needed for this project. 8. Indicate all dimensions of building envelopes. 9. Indicate distance of building envelopes to at least two property lines. 10. Utility easements appear inadequate for service requirements. 11. Landscape plan is inadequate to provide screening and buffering of buildings and parking areas. Revised site and landscape plans addressing the above comments are to be submitted by Wednesday, March 7, 1984. By Monday, March 16, 1984, 82" X 11" reductions and colored renderings of the plans are to be submitted. Ten (10) tter age 2 24" X 36" site and landscape plans are to be submitted by Monday, March 16, 1984. If you have any questions regarding the above comments, please do not hesitate to contact me.
