Need approval of P.V. & L. Canal Company to receive storm water from this PUD before project can receive final approval. 2. Two 3/4 inch water services and two 4 inch sewer services are stubbed onto the property. They must be used or abandoned at the main. 3. A fire hydrant will be required within 150 feet of the building. 4. Variance from parking setback requirement is approved by staff. 5. Bike rack should be relocated closer to the building. 6. Requires subdivision plat. 7. The proposed planting sizes are below minimums. Refer to attachment for corrections. Revised plans addressing the above comments are to be submitted to the Planning and Development Office on Monday, July 2, 1984. On July 16, 1984, 812"xll" reductions, 10 copies of the site and landscape plan, and colored renderings of the plans are to be submitted.
