RE: BREAKWATER ESTATES, SECOND FILING - FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT
Dear Dr. Collopy:
Staff has reviewed the above referenced project and has the following
comments:
1. Ditch companies usually will not allow utilities in their easements;
please explore separating utilities from the irrigation easement.
2. The existing home on lot 13 has a FCLWD water tap that must be
connected to a City water line during construction.
Revisions addressing the above comments are due in this office on September
4, 1985 by noon. PMTs, colored renderings and ten copies of the final plat
and any other ,applicable documents are due in this office on September 16,
1985. If you have any comments or questions concerning this matter please
