The following note will be added to the PUD site plan
" Cross access easements on individual lots established to serve side loaded
garages are private easements and any administration or resolution of any
conflicts between the affected lot owners related to those easements are to be
the responsibility of the Home Owners Association and not the City of Fort
Collins Maintenance of driveways serving individual homes is the responsibility
of the home owner regardless of the ownership of the land on which the
driveway is located
