I have had detail shops in my garage since 1989. Wrench or Shine Auto Repair
and Detail Shop will be moving in to my garage. They have my approval to do
minor auto repair and detailing. They also can place a sign in the northeast side
of the building in the same spot as the other signs have been in the past. If any
