I understand that you will be relying on this letter to understand compliance with the conditions of approval
as it relates specifically to the street facing entrance of the Southern Shops ( aka lot 9 shops) and the
Certificate of Occupancy (CO) for the King. Soopers. Please note that the scope of the following scenarios
is limited to compliance with the street facing entrance for the Southern Shops and that all other conditions.
of approval for the CO are outside of this scope.
1. A CO for the King Soopers would be issued if a building permit for the Southern Shops was issued.
2. A Temporary CO for the King Soopers would be issued for a period not to exceed 12 months if the
Southern Shops had not received a building permit with the following condition:
A building permit for the Southern Shops must be issued within 12 months from the date of
this TCO".
