Dear Mr. Albrecht:
The Department of Development Services has reviewed your request in the Fair-
way Five Estates P.U.D. to allow rear decks to encroach outside the building
envelope by ten feet. This request will not be compatible with a platted- six foot
utility easement located in rear yards of Lots 1, 36, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, and 44,
and the side yards of Lots 2, 35, and 46. All other lots remain unaffected and
would, therefore, be eligible for the extra ten feet for deck space.
