Per Peter Barnes request, we are submitting for an
administrative change on Oak Ridge Business Park, 7th filing,
Building A-3. We are requesting changes in trash location,
parking, and distribution of parking stall sizes.
We have decreased parking by a couple of stalls on the
north side due to moving the curb cut on Oak Ridge Drive
westward to keep it out of the 9th filing. Adequate parking
is important to the business college, the major tenant in
this building. To maintain parking counts, we have changed
the stall size on the south from 9' x 19' to 8.5' x 18', and
relocated the trash area to make up for the lost parking on
the north. Peter had questioned the use of long-term parking
in this area, which is intended to be for students of the
college. These students attend classes from 4-8 hours a day.
We feel this is justifiable as long-term parking use. Also,
their student entry is on the northwest corner of the
building, making most of this parking convenient to them.
We ask that you please consider this change as soon as
possible. It is our final issue to be resolved in getting
this project under construction. We apologize for the last
minute urgency, and are available by phone or in person to
answer any questions you may have.
Sincerely,
TH NAN COMPANY
