The purpose of this letter is to confirm that a representative of my office has made a site
observation of the referenced building foundation prior to the concrete being poured. The
foundation was found to be acceptable, and in significant compliance with the contract
documents.
Please find.a copy of my individual site observations for both the stiffening beams and the slab
portions of the foundation.
A representative of my office has reviewed the stressing records for the post -tension tendons,
and found them to be acceptable. Permission to cut off and patch the tendons has been
given to the contractor.
A representative of my office has reviewed the concrete test results and found them to`be
acceptable..
A representative of my office has reviewed the letter from the soils engineer that verifies that
the soil met all requirements prior to the placement of the foundations.
