Dear Mr. Barber:
Please find enclosed our compliance check of the Club House Building and Pool
Area located at 4926 Northern Lights Drive of the Brookfield project for the as -built
condition. TST, Inc. surveyed the finished floor and perimeter grading of the
building on September 7, 2005 as constructed by the contractors.
The following is the finished floor elevation of the building:

The finished floor, concrete deck, and perimeter grading appear to have been built
and graded within design parameters and construction tolerances. Finished grades
around the perimeter of the Club House building have been verified prior to
complete landscape installation.
