Dear Todd,
Recently I was contacted by an individual who claims that he rents a room at the above referenced
address, which has no window for escape. At this time the building is authorized as a Residential use
only for your personal residence in the lower level, and is not to be rented as rooms. Per the Uniform
Building Code, Section 202(c), I am at this time requiring that you contact me for the purpose of
arraigning an appointment, so that I can perform an inspection of the entire building to assure
compliance with all City adopted Codes. This inspection needs to performed within 2 weeks of
receipt of this letter.
