Mr. Roth,
Recently I have been contacted by Allen Plumbing and Heating
in regards to a venting problem at the above address. It is my
understanding that the boiler has been disconnected because of
problems and the owner reconnects it without repairs being made.
It appears to me that the owner has disregarded health and
safety warnings. Therefore, effective as soon as possible I would
like gas service stopped and locked.
Since the owner has other issues to resolve with the Building
Department, along with permits and inspections for the repair of
the boiler system, please do not reinstate gas until notified by
me.
