Dear Mr. Taylor:
This letter is in reference to your chimney being red tagged by Public
Service Company. Your chimney is reduced from a 12" vent to a 6" vent,
which is the reason for carbon monoxide building up and rendering it
unsafe. It is important that this problem is corrected, not just for the
purpose of complying with city codes but because of the safety factor.
You may have already made these repairs, but if not I cannot stress enough
the importance of doing it immediately. A major health risk exists!
