folks,
I wanted to weigh in on the name of this plat-- 1201 South Shields St. Sub. isn't an effective title. One, this
is the address and addresses can change. Two, this is going to be filed alphabetically as Twelve Hundred
One South Shields.... it isn't intuitive to search for the word Twelve when looking at a document with 1201
in its title. I would like to see this document use a unique name in the title and that the existing address not
be used as a legal description of the property or be used for any reason other than delivery of mail and
services.

An administrative public hearing has been scheduled for the 1201 South Shields Street Subdivision - PDP
request. The hearing date, time, and place is Thursday, August 24th, at 4:30 p.m. in conference
room(s) ..... at 281 North College Avenue. Cameron will be the hearing officer.
The property is located at the northwest corner of South Shields Street and Westward Drive. There is an
existing single-family residence on the property. This request is for the creation of a one (1) lot subdivision
plat only. No improvements to the property are being proposed at this time.
