Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado, being more particularly described as follows: Considering the West line of the Northwest quarter of said Section 2 to bear South 00°08'04" West between two found 3 1/4" aluminum caps in range boxes, stamped illegibly, located at the Northwest corner of said Section 2, and the Southwest comer of the Northwest quarter of said Section 2, with all bearings herein being relative thereto.
