Hi Steve,
I received a notice for a public meeting to consider the Proposed United Way Housing Services Center.
I manager Facilities for the FCHA and have 5 four plexes just east of this proposed development. I had
been involved with the early planning for this day use facility and am very confident that the use proposed
for this site will be very carefully monitored and maintained. There is a need in our community for providing
services to the population that this facility will assist. The fact that it is a day use building will not impact the
properties that I manage a few blocks away. There may be a few additional vehicle trips and foot traffic to
transportation routes but I would not expect any major impact.
I fully support the addition to our neighborhood
