Subject: Agnew Car Wash
I just recieved a call from Boxelder San. and they have run into a major problem with the Agnew car wash
project. It seems that the sewer they wanted to connect into actually leads to a small lift station that is not
adequate to handle the flows coming from a car wash. The developer will need to upgrade the lift station
to make it work and according to Boxelder, there is a pretty lengthy process they need to go through to get
this thing upgraded which will delay them a minimum of 3 months.
Put this one on hold for a while.
