Dear Eric:
Enclosed please find the site, landscape and building elevations for Riverside
Shops. This commercial development proposal is directly north of the Albertsons
in Riverside Shopping Center at the comer of Lemay Avenue and Riverside Drive
in Fort Collins.
This project has just entered the development review process. The first round of
review will be held on Wednesday, December 20, 2006. This project will likely
require multiple rounds of review prior to being scheduled for a public hearing.
All property owners of record within 800 feet of the project will be notified in
writing prior to this unscheduled public hearing.
