RE: Narconon Fence Request for Extension, PDP/FDP #120023
Dear Stephanie:
Staff has received a request with regard to the Narconon Fence PDP/FDP.
This request is for a 60 day extension to resubmit a revised, combined Project
Development Plan/Final Plan. The project was submitted on December 13, 2012,
reviewed by staff on January 2, 2013, and received an initial extension until November
1, 2013.
Based on your request, staff has approved the extension request in accordance with
Section 2.2.11 of the Land Use Code. The 60 day extension will be granted until
January.1, 2014.
Please note that the project is not eligible for an additional extension.
