Hello Carie and Anne,
I was reviewing last week's submittal for my project (3425 S Shields Mixed Use) and noticed an error
that I need to call to your attention. On the VF Ripley Site Plan, the Emergency Access Easement width
is mislabled. Please know that we have accommodated your requests for 30-foot (interior) and 28-
foot (entrance) emergency access easements. These are correctly illustrated on the Plat and Engineering
drawings. We will be correcting the site plan for future submittals. Sorry for any confusion.
