Theodore,
I wanted to extend my support for the project known as The Townhomes at library Park that is currently winding its
way through the City process. I think the project has several great merits. It has awesome architecture in both scale and
style. It will be a much needed residential ownership project in Old Town. It will add long term residents with an
ownership stake in the Old Town core district. This could be a catalyst for larger ownership projects that encourage
pedestrian modes of transportation. It will also replace an old dilapidated building with a first class structure.
As an Old Town Developer and Owner of both residential and commercial property, I believe this project will increase
the value of surrounding properties and encourage others to look at improving their properties. Thank you for your time
and consideration.
