The Larimer County assessor's office lists you as the owner of the above referenced address.
This letter shall serve as a first notice that an inspection of this property was recently performed,
the purpose of which was to determine the condition ofthe building.
The inspection determined that the house on the property is not secured. You are hereby ordered
to permanently secure the building by 12/8/15. Failure to comply with this order will result in
either the City of Fort Collins hiring a company to secure the building and billing the owner or a
summons to Municipal Court being issued to the lawful owner where fines of up to $1,000 per
day can be assessed.
I.i'the building is reported or seen as unsecured again it will be posted as a dangerous structure or
premises per the International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC) section 108.1.5. If declared
dangerous the City will order you to abate the danger and demolish the building.
Please notify within two weeks of the date of this letter to confirm the building has been secured.
