pedestrian or bicycle LOS analysis on this lot subdivision.

Just spoke with a Miles Thorland concerning the need of a TIS for a lot split development
he is desiring. Based on his conversation of one single 6+ acre lot being subdivided into
two lots and one single family residence to be built on the new lot, na vehicular TIS Is
needed.
I did provide Denise Weston's number for him to check on a bike/ped review.
