A representative of Weeks & Associates observed and reviewed the installed structural
steel and connections, light gage steel joist installation and the reinforcement of the
existing structural elements for the roof top deck at the referenced site.
Based observations and review it is our opinion the roof top deck construction was
completed in substantial conformance with the plans and supplemental
recommendations for the project.
