THE SINGLE FAMILY HOUSE WAS CONSTRUCTED AS STOCK PLAN (BRECKENRIDGE) AND IS IN PHASE I OF THE ASPEN HEIGHTS STUDENT HOUSING DEVELOPMENT. This is to certify that the building, structure, or land located at 485 CONIFER ST Fort Collins, CO has been inspected and temporary occupancy is hereby authorized, effective on 12/05/2014 and conditional upon the following requirements being completed and approved upon final inspection. Zoning Final Requirements to be Completed By: 12/04f2014 30 day TCO Rec'd bond for landscaping, reCd ILCLs. CO pending construction of trash enclosures, removal of construction debris/port-o-lets, installation of bike racks. completion of bus stop. If such work is not completed within the time set forth above and approved on final inspection, or unless the time for completion is extended by the Building and Zoning Office, an order to vacate the premises, or a violation notice for occupying the building, structure, or land without a Certificate of Occupancy will be issued. Such violation is subject to a maximum fine of $1000.00 per day for every day of violation. Construction power rates may be substantially higher than the rate to which the owner is entitled.
