Hazardous Materials Impact Analysis:
The development of the Alpine Business Park PDP project will
conduct car washes and oil changes. There will be detergents
and wages associated with the car wash use. There will be new
and used motor oil and automotive lubricants used and stored
on site in association with the quicklube business. We
recommend a follow up meeting with the PFA and the
owner/operator of the quicklube business to determine the
level of analysis necessary of these substances.
