On Thursday, June 18, 2009, at the regular meeting of the City of Fort Collins
Planning and Zoning Board, the Board voted 7 — 0 to approve of the request for
Addition of a Permitted Use — Unlimited Indoor Recreation - for 4518 Innovation
Drive, Lot 10, Golden Meadows Business Park. Please note that the Unlimited
Indoor Recreational use is restricted to being an indoor archery range and pro
shop.
The next step in the process would be to apply for a Project Development Plan to
initiate the review process to develop the site and apply for a building permit.
The Planning and Zoning Board, as part of their vote to approve the Addition of a
Permitted Use, granted the Unlimited Indoor Recreation — indoor archery range
and pro shop, subject to Administrative (Type One) review.
