Stuart,
As per our phone conversation today it is my understanding that your proposed project on Innovation Drive
meets the following criteria:
• your project will generate less than 50 vehicles per hour on a typical day
• there are no proposed new intersections on Harmony Road nor any proposed changes at existing
intersections
• your proposal is not likely to cause less than acceptable levels of service on the adjacent public streets
• the property is not adjacent to a location with an identified safety problem.
Therefore, I am waiving the requirement for a traffic impact study for your proposed development. If you need
