have reviewed the plans for the Inverness Innovation Park infiltration pond and
understand the potential for storm water in excess of the 100 year event to flow through
the Gustav Swanson Natural Area and by the Xcel gas facility in that area. The plan as
described to me, and presented on the grading plan from Apex Engineering, Sheet 4 of
14 and dated 9/9/09 for the pond, is acceptable to me.
Please let me know if you need anything further from me at this time or in the future.
Xcel will support the proposed design to allow Urban Development Partners, LLC to
receive City approval for the project's proposed storm water mitigation plans.
