On Thursday, June 20, 2013, at the regular meeting of the City of Fort Collins Planning
and Zoning Board, the Board voted 7 — 0 to approve Ridgeview Classical Schools
Expansion, 1900 South Lemay Avenue, Site Plan Advisory Review, #SPA130002.
As you are aware, Ridgeview Classical Schools entered a letter into the public record,
dated June 20, 2013, from Kristina Menon, President, Ridgeview Classical Schools,
Board of Directors, regarding the existing perimeter wood fence. Please add the
contents of this letter to the final plan as a general note.
