Ridgeview Classical Schools has purchased and will be renovating the Little Bears Day
Care building for use as upper school classrooms. The majority of the renovation is for
interior improvements. Exterior modifications are limited to removing the mansard roof and
replacing it with a simple vertical stucco parapet, re -roofing, replacement of the windows to
match existing openings, enclosure of the entry vestibule, and modification of two existing
concrete stoops to meet ADA requirements. Vehicular traffic will be reduced with the
elimination of the day care center. The parking available to Ridgeview Classical Schools
will be increased by 10 reserved and 9 additional spaces. The charter student enrollment
limit of 820 students is unchanged.
