The building is not fire -sprinkled. We will use the following sub contractors - • Framing - Self • Electrical - Dave Washburn - Watts Up Electric • Plumbing - N/A • Mechanical -N/A Please reference the attached plans showing the conversion of approximately 100 sq. ft. of storage space into an office. Also attached, please find a letter from Christopher Kendall, P. E. - KL&A, Inc. with his review of and recommendation for the project. Thank you for your consideration of this request.
