The purpose of this letter is to request a variance from the contractor licensing
requirements for an upcoming project at Mountain View Community Church at 328
Remington St. The building is owned by Mountain View Community Church. The
building is not fire -sprinkled.
We will use the following sub contractors -
• Framing - Self
• Electrical - Dave Washburn - Watts Up Electric
• Plumbing - N/A
• Mechanical -N/A
Please reference the attached plans showing the conversion of approximately 100 sq.
ft. of storage space into an office. Also attached, please find a letter from Christopher
Kendall, P. E. - KL&A, Inc. with his review of and recommendation for the project.
Thank you for your consideration of this request. Please let me know if there is any
additional r information you need.
