Dear Mr. Gebo:
Thank you for approving our past requests for a variance to temporarily use CSURF's
rental house properties located at 1500, 1504, 1508 & 1520 S. Whitcomb St. as
temporary construction office space for CSU's Aggie Village North (AVN) project.
The purpose of this letter is to request additional variances to temporarily use CSURF's
existing student rental house properties located at 615 W. Lake St. and 1512, 1516,
1524 & 1528 S. Whitcomb St. for the same purpose (temporary construction office
space) for CSU's new on -campus stadium facility, which is scheduled for completion
Fall 2017. Upon completion of the stadium project, these homes will be returned to
residential dwellings, if not impacted by other projects.
Please advise as soon as possible if you will approve the temporary use of these
additional properties under the same terms as the 1500, 1504, 1508 & 1520 properties.
