Heather,
To date no new Amended CSURF Centre for Advanced Technology ODP has been submitted to the
City for review.
A staff comment letter for The Grove at Fort Collins PDP, dated January 4, 2011, was sent
to the developers & their design team. They must address staff's comments and concerns
with a submittal of revised plans that will go through a 2-week round of review by City
staff and outside reviewing agencies when received. To date they have not submitted such
revisions. Therefore, we are in a "waiting" mode here.
I can and will do as you suggest about sending out an e-mail update to interested
citizens.

Hi Steve,
This is Heather Stickler from the Windtrail on Spring Creek neighborhood. My neighbors
have been inquiring with me recently about the status of The Grove ODP and PDPs. I said I
would email you for an update. When we last left off, there was no ODP filed and the PDP
which was filed was pretty initial. Is this still the status?
Also, I suspect many people in the vicinity of the proposed development are also wondering
what the status is. Perhaps an email from you to the email distribution from the most
recent Neighborhood Meeting would be appreciated by interested citizens. One idea is to
update the very useful history which you put together and handed out at the last
Neighborhood Meeting and send that out? Just an idea.
