The Board of Directors of Larimer County Canal No. 2 believe the development will create additional seepage. You have proposed the seepage be controlled by drains. Experience has shown that drains plug with time. The final design must be presented to the Company for review. A covenant on the recorded Plat will be required. All legal and engineering fees incurred by the Company must be paid by the developer.
