Heather,
Sandy Lindell in the Development Review Center can help you with information about
the development review fees paid to date for the PDP and ODP submittals. I talked
to her yesterday afternoon about your request and she said to have you contact her.
Sandy's phone # is 416-2744 and her e-mail is slindell@fcgov.com.
Regarding a traffic study conducted on Center Avenue, possibly in February, your
contact person is Ward Stanford in Traffic Engineering. His phone # is 221-6820 and
his e-mail is wstanford@fcgov.com. I personally am not aware of the traffic
counting that took place.
Lastly today, I received a phone call from Damon Holland of Ripley Design yesterday
afternoon telling me that they are planning to submit an Amended CSUR.F Centre for
Advanced Technology, ODP this afternoon (3/30). If, in fact, they do submit I will
be sending an e-mail out tomorrow to neighbors and interested parties making them
aware of the submittal. You and Paul will certainly be on the e-mail list.

Hi Steve,
It's Heather Stickler from the Windtrail on Spring Creek neighborhood. I have a
couple of questions I hope you can help me with please:
1) Where would I find information about the development fees Campus Crest and CSURF
have paid relating to the various proposed ODP and PDP submittals to date?
2) Where can I get information about a traffic study which was conducted recently
along Center Avenue? I believe the car counting mechanisms were in place during a
period of time in February.
Also, thank you very much for your update email (from a couple weeks ago) to the
neighbors in my area regarding the most current status of the Campus Crest
proposals. It was most welcomed to have an update from the City since things have
been relatively quiet. I understand from the recent newspaper article that a new
