Deadline For agenda Packets is 5 p.m. Wednesday Maw Idl be assembling Packets Thursday
and Priday that week. Would you Please snare information on how many documents you exPect to
submit and if they will they all 6e of the 8 I/ x 1 1 variety? That information will help in wort; planning.

We will be preparing Staff Reports for The Grove at Fort Collins, PDP and the Amended CSURF Centre for
Advanced Technology, ODP that will be made available to Planning & Zoning Board members on May 91h for
their deliberations at the May 19th public hearing. Please have your documents to me prior to May 9th so that they
can be included as attachments to the Staff Reports.
