Good afternoon Linda,
1 just wanted to comment that the amended ECS does not appear to reflect the most recent conceptual plan
provided to staff as of this morning. In the ECS (on page 2, see attached), the document states that "there would
be an encroachment of a total of less than 0.1 acre of development into two wetland areas associated with the
north drainage." From the map provided this morning, and as per your statement, there is now NO encroachment
into the wetland areas.
Also, please note than in our discussion last week, I had made note of a 2.72 acre buffer area, but in this ECS,
Michael Phelan notes a 5.22 acre buffer area from the 100' buffer around the wetlands in the northern part of the
property. He also indicates that with the new design, the proposed buffer area would be 5.02 acres. Given my
note above how the ECS does not appear to reflect the most recent plan, I am not certain this calculation still
holds either...
Can you clarify both of these issues?
