Thanks Steve. Hope your New Year weekend was warm. Yes, I realized it was late on Thursday. I wanted to be
able to update my group as to when I would have the information, so your status email is appreciated.
I'm not sure what my attachment limit is for individual emails. Let me know if it bounces. It might need to be
divided into 2 or 3 chunks, or I could download from an ftp site if available, or in person with a thumb drive.

Jon,
The applicant did submit a complete documentation package for The Grove at Fort Collins on December 8th. I did
not receive your request (sent on Thursday, December 30th at 5:58 p.m., after working hours) until this morning,
January 3rd. The City was closed on Friday, December 31st
We have most of the documentation ready to be sent to you electronically tomorrow. I am still waiting for the Site
Plans, Landscape Plans, Building Elevations Plan, and Lighting Plan to be sent to me by Ripley Design
electronically. They will then be forwarded to you. Once done you will have everything the City received, which is
considered to be a complete submittal for The Grove at Fort Collins PDP. I will be forwarding to you a New
Project Routing Sheet for the project that will show you exactly what was required and what the applicant
submitted.
