To whom it may concern,
In accordance with the International Building Code Section 110.3.10 as adopted by the City
"Final inspection shall be made after all work required by the building permit is completed. " It
is the responsibility of the property owner to assure that all required inspections and City
approvals have been obtained.
Recently you were notified that the above referenced permit had expired without the required
final City approval. Failing to obtain the City's approval for your project, while continuing to use
or occupy that for which the permit was issued, constitutes a violation of the adopted codes and
ordinances. Violations of this nature and this Final Notice will be entered into the street address
file for future reference.
Please contact the Community Development and Neighborhood Services office at 970-416-2740,
within 15 days of the date of this notice, to speak with a representative who can assist you with
steps needed to close this permit.
Requests to process and clear this referenced permit after the 15 day period will require the
issuance of a new permit and collection of all applicable fees.
