Technologies. " Project consists of three areas of work
on the lower level (3o83sf REL Lab space, 5958sf IC Lab
space, and 7oi6sf Credit Union Remodel) scope of
work to include: creating a new lab space where
current open office exists, the demolition of floor and
ceiling finishes, minor slab saw cutting, and
mechanical/electrical work. The project will also
consist of work on the upper level (32o6sf data center
and 447sf video conference) scope of work to include:
demolition of floors, walls & ceilings, new wall & floor
construction, new finishes, and major
mechanical/electrical work including roof top units,
and an extension to an existing utility stair. Work to the
west link lower level (3373sf lab space) will include
demolition of an interior room, changing out sprinkler
heads, and mechanical/electrical work.
