The construction cost (used in the permit calculation) shall be $23,641.00. This figure includes Direct Cost for the
project. The permit fees should be based on the above noted amount. Upon issuance of the building permit, the
appropriate amount will be paid (based on the permit valuation) by Heath Construction.
