STATEMENT OF PLANNING OBJECTIVES
The sole planning objective for this proposal is to add OFFICE to the permitted
uses for the NCL zoning designation for this property.
With this added use the owner can use the property for office space. At the time
of the proposal, Elderhaus Adult Day Programs (a mission of American Baptist Church)
is planning to use the property for office space and thus free up more of its main facility
at 605 S Shields St for participant activities.
