Re: 947 Worthington Cir, Fort Collins — Deconstruction
Waiver of erosion control plan
Permit Coordinator;
This letter is in regards to our demolition permit application for our building at
947 Worthington Circle, Fort Collins. On January 2nd I spoke with Jesse Schlam
at CFC (970-224-6015) to discuss erosion plan and control requirements for this
project. We determined that, since the scope of our deconstruction activities will
not disturb any soils on site and we will be leaving the foundation in place, there
will be no need for an erosion control plan or controls for this project demolition
application.
