This letter shall serve as a final notice, that as the owner of this property, you are in violation of 20091RC Section Rios as adopted by the City, for failing to ObWn ap t for a r e;sl} enclosure remodel On you were notified that there exists violations at your property and, that you were directed to make all necessary corrections (See attached). As of this date the corrections have not been completed and the violations stated have not been abated. I now hereby order you to obtain all appropriate permits, inspections and City approvals within 30 days of the date of this final notice. Failure to comply with this Notice and Order will result in the City taking all legal actions necessary to abate the violation and assess all appropriate penalties in accordance.with the adopted International Building Code Section 114.4 Violation Penalties: 114.4 Violation penalties. Any person who violates a provision of this code or fails to comply with any of the requirements thereof or who erects, constructs, alters or repairs a building or structure in violation of the approved construction documents or directive of the building official, or of a permit or certificate issued under the provisions of this code, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor subject to the penalties and fines pursuant to Section 1-15 of the Code of the City, punishable by a fine of not more than $1000.00 dollars, or by imprisonment not exceeding 180 days, or both such fine and imprisonment. Be advised that any person having any record title or legal interest in this address may . appeal from the notice and orders or any action of the Building Official to the Building Review Board, provided the appeal is made in writing as provided in this Code, and filed with the Building Official within 30 days from the date of service of such notice and order; and that failure to appeal will constitute a waiver of all right to an administrative hearing and determination of the matter.
