The project is referred to as Poudre School District, Cooper Home at 217 East Swallow Road — Site Plan Advisory Review, SPA120003. The request is to locate the Cooper Home at 217 East Swallow Road (please see map on reverse). The Cooper Home is a facility to assist disabled students, 18 — 21 years in age, in transitioning into their next phase in life. It will serve 15 — 22 students during the regular school day and year. This facility will not be used for over -night accommodation. The only physical changes proposed to the property are a paving of an existing driveway and alterations to the sidewalk and house entry in order to be compliant with the American with Disabilities Act (ADA). Additionally, you may find it helpful to review the Citizens' Development Review Guide (CDRG), available at http://www.fcgov.com/developmentreview/citizenreview.php.This guide may aid you in understanding your role in the development review process and how to provide effective input at or before the public hearing. Finally, the list of affected property owners for this neighborhood meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this hearing so all stakeholders may have the opportunity to attend.
