Located at 1225 Redwood Dr., the project simply proposes a privacy fence along the perimeter of the property. It is located on approximately 5.41 acres of land. The property is zoned Community Commercial North College (CCN). It is adjacent to Industrial, Low Density Residential, and Low Density Mixed -Use Neighborhood. The building is used as a rehabilitation group care home. The intent is build a fence around two land parcels, one of which is part of a PUD and one of which isn't.
