THE BUILDING IN THE MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL ROOMS, AND EGRESS
CORRIDORS. EXTERIOR WORK TO INCLUDES PLACEMENT OF A GROUND MOUNTED
CHILLER AND SALINE STORAGE TANK ADJACENT TO THE BUILDING. OWNER
AUTHORIZATION ON FILE
This is to certify that the building, structure, or land located at 4380 ZIEGLER RD Fort Collins, CO has been
inspected and temporary occupancy is hereby authorized, effective on 09/16/2014 and conditional upon the
following requirements being completed and approved upon final inspection.

If such work is not completed within the time set forth above and approved on final inspection, or unless the
time for completion is extended by the Building and Zoning Office, an order to vacate the premises, or a
vliolation notice for occupying the building, structure, or land without a Certificate of Occupancy will be
issued. Such violation is subject to a maximum fine of $1000.00 per day for every day of violation.

NOTE: The issuance of this temporary certificate of occupancy will entitle the ownerto place City Utility service in the owners name. Construction power rates
may be substantially higher than the rate to which the owner is entitled. Until the owner contacts the City Utility Office and makes the necessary arrangements to
transfer City Utilities to the owners name, utilities will continue to be furnished at construction rates and both the owner of the property and the contractor will
continue to be liable to the City for all utility bills.
